This whole home was completely re-done from top to bottom. Our Ethel Renovation included removal of walls both upstairs and down, and relocating the stairwell to allow for a more functional floor plan. This allowed for the upstairs to have an open concept living, dining room and kitchen space. The Kitchen features brand new cabinetry, back-splash, quartz counter-top and more. The upstairs bath was reconfigured to allow for a double vanity and a cheater entrance to the master bedroom. We added some board and batten feature walls to the dining room and Master bedroom. Down stairs, walls were removed to open up the space to allow for a large recreation room with wet bar.
